LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's track and field team competed at the PNC Penny Lyles Invitational Friday and Saturday at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center Friday and Saturday.
The invitational featured over 30 teams from NCAA Division I, II, III and NAIA. No team scores were kept at the event.
Ophiella Bernard finished runner-up in her heat and 19th overall in the 60-meter qualifying with a time of 7.97 seconds. Ta'Shya Cramer finished 29th in the 200 with a time of 27.26 while
Laura Bellido was 30th,
Alisha Claycomb was 32nd and
Alexis Hale was 36th.
Olivia Rudder and Alejandra Recarey competed in the 800 meter. Rudder finished 30th with a time of 2:27.56 while Recarey finished in 2:28.69 to finish in 32nd.
Nikki Ravelli finished 12th in the long jump with a jump of 5.22 meters while
Destiny Barnes was 19th with a jump of 4.76 meters.
Reagan Cheatham recorded a throw of 11.44 meters in the weight throw finishing third in her heat in the weight throw.
Lilly West also competed and finished in 34th with a distance of 9.64 meters.
The Blue Raiders return to action on Feb. 10 for the Centre Indoor Invite in Danville, Ky
