Columbia, Ky.- The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team defeated Indiana Southeast 88-78 on Tuesday at Biggers Sports Center.

It was an irregular first half for the Blue Raiders as they trailed 39-33 to the Grenadiers. Lindsey Wilson shot 1-7 from three and 11-24 from the field. Indiana Southeast came out clicking as they outrebounded the Blue Raiders 20-11 while shooting 47.1 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from three. Julian Cunnigham and Kenyata Carbon both played exceptional as they battled against Ashton Myles-Devore and Lane Lauderbaugh who each had 10 points going into the half. 

Carbon and Jackson came out the half aggressive as they put pressure on the Grenadiers who had no answer for the Blue Raiders. Not leading all game, until the second half Connor Robinson's quick five points helped extend the Blue Raiders lead to spark a 22-5 run to start the half. The Blue Raiders snapped back into reality in the second half as they shot 59.4 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from three holding the Grenadiers to just 42.9 percent from the field. 

The Blue Raiders had 4 players hit double-digit scores with Carbon who had 24 points, Cunnigham with 20 points, Jackson with 17, and Robinson with 15. It was a group effort as the Blue Raiders forced 10 turnovers compared to the 4 they only forced in the first half. 

Lindsey Wilson will be back in action December 2 at 6:00 p.m CST against Tennessee Southern at Biggers Sports Center.
