PULASKI, Tenn. – The Lindsey Wilson baseball team dropped a road contest at Tennessee Southern 16-6 in seven innings Wednesday at Bobby Walker Field.
Gabe Board led the way for the Blue Raiders (12-14) with three hits and two doubles.
Sam Gage recorded a pair of hits and drove in a run.

Andres Duran,
Koby Wall and
Matthew Schultz each drove in a run.
Tennessee Southern took a 3-0 lead in the first on a bases-clearing double. The Blue Raiders got on the board in the top half of the third.
Bryce Sidler reached on a leadoff hit by pitch and advanced to third on a Board double. Gage singled through the right side driving in Sidler to make it 3-1. Board scored on a double play to cut the deficit to 3-2. The Firehawks added a pair of runs in the bottom of the third to increase their lead to 5-2.
Board led off the fifth with a double to center field and later advanced to third when Stayton drew a walk on a wild pitch. Duran drove in Board with a single to right field making it 5-3. The Blue Raiders tied the game at 5-5 on back-to-back RBI-singles from Wall and Schultz. Tennessee Southern scored six in the bottom of the fifth to take an 11-5 lead. Stayton drove in a run in the top of the sixth to make it 11-6. The Firehawks increased their lead to 13-6 in the bottom half of the sixth. Tennessee Southern scored three runs in the seventh to enforce the run-rule.
The Blue Raiders are back in action on Friday for game one of a Mid-South Conference series at Georgetown at 3 p.m. CT.
