DANVILLE, KY. - The Lindsey Wilson women's track and field team took third place at the Centre Invite on Friday at the Andy Frye Stadium.

The invitational featured 9 teams. The Blue Raiders totaled 93.50 points to claim third overall. Across all events, they managed to collect two wins.

In the 3000 meter Steeplechase Alyssa Sharp got on the podium in third with a time of 12:18.62. Meanwhile her other point scoring teammates on that event were Alexandra Solis and Alejandra Recarey who placed fourth and fifth. 

Lindsey Wilson's sole win was obtained in the 4x100 Meter Relay with a time of 50.57. The quartet was composed by Ophiellia Bernard, Ta'Shya Cramer, Kyra Engel, and Nikki Ravelli.

Olivia Rudder achieved second in the 1500 meter Run with a 5:03.14. Rudder also grabbed third in the 5000 meter Run with a 19:04.01. 

In the 800 meter run, senior Kaylee Masden got another podium for the Blue Raiders, finishing with a time of 2:27.55. 

Reagan Cheatham got fourth in the Hammer Throw event with a 36.57 mark. She also grabbed second with an 11.07 in the Shot Put. 

In the Javelin Throw, Ravelli obtained a 40.36m mark to claim first place. 

The Blue Raiders will compete next on April 26 at the Rick Erdmann Twilight in Richmond, Ky.
