COLUMBIA, Ky – The Lindsey Wilson baseball team hosts Pikeville (Ky.) in a Mid-South Conference series Saturday-Sunday at Egnew Park.

Saturday features a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. CT and the series wraps up on Sunday at Noon CT.

The Blue Raiders enter play with a record of 13-19 and 1-8 in conference after dropping a MSC series to No. 4 Cumberlands 3-0. With his 12 strikeouts in the first game, Cohen Achen became the program's all-time leader in career strikeouts with 313.

Lindsey Wilson offensively is batting .285 as team at Egnew Park and averages 7.3 runs per game at home. Overall, Gabe Board leads the Blue Raiders with a .333 batting average while Chance Stayton is batting .304. Barham leads the team in home runs with six while Stayton has driven in a team-high 30 runs.

On the mound, the Blue Raiders have allowed 175 runs in 229-1/3 innings of work. Lindsey Wilson as a staff has recorded 233 strikeouts with Achen recording a team-high 73.

Bethel is 23-8 and 4-5 in conference play. The Wildcats took a conference series against Georgetown 2-1. Bethel earned a 8-5 victory over the Tigers in the series finale. The Wildcats this season are averaging eight runs a game and 5.9 runs per game in conference. Juan Diego Ramos leads Bethel with four home runs and 39 RBIs. On the mound, Tyler Proctor leads the Wildcats in wins with six.

Last season, Bethel swept the three-game series against the Blue Raiders.
