COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team hits the road to take on Midway University (Ky.) on Tuesday, November 11, at Marshall Gymnasium. 

The Blue Raiders (4-0) are off to a strong start, riding a four-game winning streak after picking up victories over Fisk (Tenn.) and Coastal Georgia last week in the Brady Button Memorial Classic. Lindsey Wilson is averaging 87.3 points per game while allowing just 69.3 points per game. The team is shooting 48.8 percent from the field overall, but only 30.8 percent from three-point range, though they showed improvement by hitting 48 percent from deep against Fisk. 

The Blue Raiders have displayed a balanced offensive attack, with different players leading the team in scoring in two of their four games. Senior guard Julian Cunningham leads the way on the season, averaging 15.3 points per game on 47.6 percent shooting as he looks to continue his strong play after posting back-to-back 20-point performances the last time out.

Midway (2-1) enters the game on a two-game winning streak after defeating Alice Lloyd (Ky.) 85-81. The Eagles are averaging 82.0 points per game while holding opponents to 77.7 points per game. Amari Wales leads the Eagles with 17.3 points per game, one of four players averaging double figures in their lineup.
For Lindsey Wilson, the key will be staying solid defensively, limiting Midway's scoring chances, and maintaining a strong presence on both ends of the floor.
