COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's tennis team is ranked fifth in the NAIA Preseason Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Wednesday.

The Blue Raiders garnered 247 points in the poll to earn the No. 5 ranking. Last season, Lindsey Wilson went 15-4 and 6-0 in Mid-South Conference play capturing both the regular season and conference tournament titles. The Blue Raiders fell 4-3 in the second round of the NAIA National Tournament to Northwestern Ohio.

Reigning national champions Keiser (Fla.) holds the top spot in the poll with 297 points and nine of the 12 first-place votes. Georgia Gwinnett is slotted second with 292 points and the final three first-place votes. Tennessee Wesleyan and Southeastern are third and fourth with 276 and 271 points, respectively.

Cumberlands (Ky.) and Cumberland (Tenn.) also represent the MSC in the top 25. The Patriots are slotted eighth with 217 points while the Phoenix garnered 102 points to be ranked 19th. Bethel (Tenn.) is mentioned in the receiving votes section of the poll with 13 points.
