COLUMBIA, Ky.- Blue Raider baseball hits the diamond on Valentine's Day for a double header against the (RV) Buffaloes of Milligan University (Tenn.) at 12:30 and 3:00 p.m. CST on Anglin Baseball Field. 

Lindsey Wilson (1-6) looks to break a three-game losing streak after winning their first game of their four-game against Blue Mountain (Miss.) 3-2, and then dropping the last three games 14-2, 9-6, and 6-4. Matthew Schultz leads the Blue Raiders at the plate grabbing 10 hits on 25 at-bats, knocking in a total of three RBIs on two home runs and a double. Diego Andino, Chance Stayton, Andres Duran, and Drake Young have also contributed to the Lindsey Wilson offense with Andino grabbing four RBIs, and Stayton, Duran, and Young contributing three a-piece. Glenn Simes (1-1), leads the Blue Raiders on the mound pitching 10 innings on two outings, only giving up seven runs on 18 hits, six strikeouts and one walk. 

Milligan (7-2) is coming off an 8-7 victory against Alice Loyd on Thursday night. The Buffaloes are led at the plate by Angel Lobo and Braxton Baird who have both tallied 11 hits on the season as well as a combined nine runs. Bryce Safferwich has also contributed seven RBIs on just five hits. Canyon Geren (1-0) leads the Buffaloes on the mound pitching a total of 10 innings giving up just two runs on 11 hits with 11 strikeouts, while Jacob Bishop has contributed nine innings, giving up three runs on five hits and tallying 15 strikeouts. 

This will be the fourth all-time meeting between the Buffaloes and Blue Raiders with the last match-up occurring on February 4, 2023 where Milligan took the 7-0 victory in seven innings. Lindsey Wilson averages 4.33 runs against the Buffaloes and leads the all-time series between the program 2-1.
