DAYTON, Tenn.- Baseball hits four home runs in a 16-12 road loss to Bryan College (Tenn.) on Senter Field.

Chance Stayton and Andres Duran also added to the home run tally contributing one apiece. Reed Marcum started the game on the mound and picked up the loss after pitching one inning, giving up four runs on two hits. Mason Malone came in and pitched 3.1 innings giving up four runs on five hits, striking out three and walking one.

With two outs in the top of the first Sidler singled through the left side of the field scoring Diego Andino, Young then grounded to shortstop and Stayton scored on an error, giving Lindsey Wilson the early 2-0 lead. After Marcum forced his first batter to ground out, he gave up three straight walks in the bottom of the first, loading the bases and eventually walking in the Lions' only run of the inning, cutting the Blue Raider lead to 2-1.

With Andino taking a lead off third base, Stayton connected on a two-run home run, putting the Blue Raiders up 4-1. The Blue Raiders left one on base in the top of the third after Schultz grounded into a double-play and Andino struck out swinging. Gannon Herring came in to relieve Marcum, giving up a two-run homer to right field, as the Lions took their first lead of the game 9-7.

Sidler tied the game back up at eight in the fourth with a solo shot over the left field wall with two outs. Trace Stringer stepped onto the mound to relieve Herring, and struck out the first two batters he faced, but gave up a solo shot as Bryan took the 10-8 lead.
