COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson volleyball team begins postseason play on Monday as the No. 4 seed in the Mid-South Conference Tournament. After finishing conference play with a 6-6 record, the Blue Raiders will host fifth-seeded Georgetown (Ky.) at 3 p.m. CT on Monday, November 9, in the quarterfinal round.

The matchup marks the third meeting between the two programs this season. Lindsey Wilson won the most recent contest, sweeping Georgetown 3-0 on November 3 in its regular-season finale at Biggers Sports Center.

In that meeting, Gabi Zuquelo led Lindsey Wilson with 11 kills and 15 digs, while Tully Bew and Luisina Sandrone Tais each added nine kills. Sofija Pjevic contributed seven kills and five blocks.

Setters Rachel Kilchenmann and Addison Janes recorded 18 assists apiece. The latter of the two enters the tournament ranked sixth in the Mid-South Conference with 648 total assists.

Momo Hampton anchored the defensive effort with 16 digs in the sweep and currently ranks second in the conference with 494 total digs. As a team, the Blue Raiders recorded 46 kills and a .262 hitting percentage.

Georgetown enters the quarterfinal round with a 3-9 conference record. The Tigers concluded their regular season with a 3-0 loss at No. 24 Cumberlands (Ky.), recording 18 kills and a -.037 hitting percentage.

The Tigers' offense is directed by Reagan Miller, who ranks fourth in the Mid-South Conference with 702 assists. Junior Reagan Kupper leads Georgetown with 370 kills, the second-highest total in the conference. Giara Ferrari follows with 344 kills and leads the conference with a .373 hitting percentage. Ferrari also leads the Tigers at the net with 101 blocks, ranking fifth in the Mid-South.

Zion Smith has contributed 135 kills and 72 blocks for Georgetown. Defensively, Paula Rueda leads the Tigers with 550 digs, ranking first in the Mid-South Conference and 13th nationally in the NAIA. Faith Miller has added 188 digs in the back row.

The two programs also met in the quarterfinal round of last season's Mid-South Conference Tournament, where Lindsey Wilson earned a 3-0 victory over Georgetown in Bowling Green. The Blue Raiders will look to replicate that postseason success when the teams meet again.

Monday's quarterfinal winner will advance to the semifinal round to face No. 24 Cumberlands on Wednesday, November 11, in Williamsburg, Kentucky. All Mid-South Conference Tournament matches will be streamed for free on the Mid-South Conference Sports Network.
