COLUMBIA, Ky. - Mid-South Conference officials unveiled the brackets for the 2025-26 men's and women's basketball tournament on Saturday evening following the conclusion of the regular season.
Each of this year's conference tournaments will take place at Bowling Green Arena on the campus of Bowling Green High School in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The action begins on Friday, February 27 with the women's quarterfinal round, then continues with the men's quarterfinal round on Saturday, February 28. From there, all four semifinal round games will be played on Sunday, March 1 before a championship doubleheader on Monday, March 2.
The Lindsey Wilson women finished 7-5 in league play. It is their first plus-.500 record in conference since the 2020-21 season. For this, the Blue Raiders earn the No. 3 seed and will play sixth-seeded Cumberlands (Ky.) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 27. The two sides split the regular season series, each winning on their home floor. It has been eight years since Lindsey Wilson and Cumberlands last met in the conference playoffs.
Bethel (Tenn.) secures the top spot in the bracket as the regular season champion and defending tournament champion.
On the men's side, Lindsey Wilson closed league play at 6-6 to earn the No. 4 seed. The Blue Raiders will challenge fifth-seeded Campbellsville (Ky.) at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 28. This marks the second time in three years that Lindsey Wilson and Campbellsville will meet in the quarterfinal round of the tournament. The Blue Raiders swept the Tigers during the regular season, winning narrowly on the road, 76-74, and more convincingly at home, 83-68.
Regular season champion Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) takes the top spot as the Lions go for their fourth straight tournament title.
