COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson sophomore Hannah Reid was named the NAIA Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced.

Reid becomes the first Lindsey Wilson athlete to earn the national weekly track honor since 2015 and just the third in program history.

A sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago, Reid turned in a standout performance at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open in Louisville, Kentucky. She won the 400 meters with a time of 53.64, meeting the NAIA "A" standard while also setting a new school record.

Reid also ran on Lindsey Wilson's 4x100-meter relay team alongside Jermani Morris, Elaina Holliday, and Chenessa Davis. The group finished seventh with a time of 46.35, meeting the NAIA "A" standard.

Lindsey Wilson will next compete at the Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championships, scheduled for May 3–4 at the Parnell Family Stadium in Columbia, Kentucky.
