COLUMBIA, Ky. – 16th-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's soccer travels to Winona Lake, Indiana, to face No. 12 Grace (Ind.) at 6 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Sept. 2

The Blue Raiders (1-0-0) look to keep momentum going after starting the season with a 2-1 upset victory over fourth-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan on Saturday, Aug. 29. Against the Eagles, Lindsey Wilson got goals from Alexandra Giusti and Ashiat Naluggwa, with Laura Castilletti earning an assist on the score from Giusti. Lindsey Wilson keeper Demi Serman collected four saves on the day.

Wins over Oklahoma Wesleyan and Indiana Tech highlight the Lancers' (2-0-1) early season resume. In their most recent contest, they played Northwestern Ohio to a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Grace is led in scoring by Nora Pollock and Rylee Burns. Pollock has six-points thanks to two goals, and two assists. Burns has two goals and one assist, giving her five-points. In goal for the Lancers is Ivy Cline, so far through three games she has six saves. 

An all-time series record of 1-0-1 favors Grace, with them earning a 1-0 win on September 18, 2024. Last season, both teams played to a 2-2 draw in Columbia.

Following this contest the Blue Raiders return to action on Sunday against No. 9 William Carey (Miss.) in Decatur, Alabama.
