COLUMBIA, Ky. - Lindsey Wilson women's soccer earned a come-from behind 2-1 victory against Spring Arbor (Mich.) on Saturday night inside Walter S, Reuling Stadium.
The Cougars started the scoring in the match getting a goal from Megan Mihaly in the second minute, assisted by Alana Simmons, to go up 1-0.
Ashiat Naluggwa answered back for the Blue Raiders in the 17th minute with her fourth goal of the season, bringing the game to a 1-1 deadlock, where it stayed until halftime.

Eva Cova led a Lindsey Wilson attack, where she rifled off a shot that was deflected by Spring Arbor keeper Mia Warner. On the rebound
Ona Monserrat Baca sent the ball through the net, giving the Blue Raiders a 2-1 lead that they would hold onto for the win.
Lindsey Wilson moves to 10-8-5 all-time against the Cougars. it marks the Blue Raiders' first victory over Spring Arbor since 2019.
A road trip to Mid-South Conference foe Bethel (Tenn.) is next for Lindsey Wilson, with kickoff scheduled for 4 p.m. CT Thursday, September 17.
