NEWARK, Ohio -- Lindsey Wilson men's basketball coach Paul Peck earned his 100th career win at Lindsey Wilson with a 110-81 win over Ohio State University Newark on Sunday at Adena Hall.
Since becoming the men's basketball coach four seasons ago, Peck has guided the Blue Raiders to a 100-21 record. The 100 wins include a pair of 30-win seasons, including a program-best 33 wins in 2003-04.
Six Blue Raiders (13-3) scored in double figures to help Lindsey Wilson to the win. Senior guard
Scott Cook led the charge with 24 points and nine assists.
Sophomore forward
Lloyd Lewis poured in 20 points, while junior guard
John Fitzgerald scored 19 points.
Newark junior forward Tyrike Davis led the Titans (5-14) with 24 points.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 7 p.m. CT on Saturday, January 14, as the Blue Raiders travel to No. 3-ranked Union (Tenn.) University in Jackson, Tennessee.
