COLUMBIA, Ky.- The Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team earned an at-large bid into the 2025 NAIA Women's Basketball National Tournament, officials announced Thursday evening.

The Blue Raiders will be making their second consecutive National Tournament appearance and 19th overall. 

Lindsey Wilson earned the No. 14 seed in the Cramer Quadrant and will be traveling to New Orleans, Louisiana where the Blue Raiders will face No. 3 seed William Carey (Miss.). The Crusaders, of the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC), received the nod after going 25-1 in the regular season, and winning the SSAC Championship.

This will be the third all-time match-up between the two programs with Lindsey Wilson claiming the 2-0 series. 

Also in the Cramer Quadrant are No. 6 seed  Xavier (La.) and 11th-seeded Southeastern (Fla.). Xavier was the highest-ranked team in the Red River Athletic Conference ARC while Southeastern received an at-large bid. 

Lindsey Wilson is one of six Mid-South programs to qualify for this year's national tournament. Bethel (Tenn.), Campbellsville (Ky.), Cumberlands (Ky.), Georgetown (Ky.), and Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) were also named to the 64-team field on Thursday.
