Six Blue Raiders Earn Baseball All-Conference Honors; Gray Named Assistant Coach of the Year

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Mid-South Conference released its All-Conference teams, individual awards, and gold glove recipients for the 2026 baseball season on Tuesday. 

Lindsey Wilson had seven individuals earn conference honors this season. Cumberlands (Ky.) had both the MSC Baseball Player of the Year, Derrick Andiarena, and the MSC Pitcher of the Year, Wesley Culley, along with MSC Coach of the Year Brad Shelton. The Patriots lead all MSC teams with 11 selections to All-Conference/Gold Glove teams.

Representing Lindsey Wilson are Assistant Coach of the Year Thorne Gray, first-team All-Mid-South starting pitcher Brenden Bratcher, second-team All-Mid-South first baseman Bryce Sidler, second-team All-Mid-South outfielder Orion Hahm-Taklander, second-team All-Mid-South designated hitter Andres Duran, second-team All-Mid-South relief pitcher Kyle Lambert, and Mid-South Gold Glove Center Fielder Caden Davis

Gray helped guide the Blue Raiders to a 19-27 overall record and a 9-9 conference record, earning the No. 4 seed in the MSC Tournament. Gray earns his first conference honor. 

Bratcher, a freshman from Smiths Grove, Ky., went 4-4 in 41.1 innings pitched, had an ERA of 6.53, and struck out 31. Bratcher earns his first conference honor. 

Sidler, a graduate student from Roseville, Calif., had a .369 batting average and an OPS of .963, with 37 RBIs and 55 hits. Sidler had a seven-game stretch where he went 18-29 (.621), with nine runs scored, 16 RBIs, and two home runs. Sidler earns his first conference honor. 

Hahm-Taklander, a junior from West Hills, Calif., led the Blue Raiders in batting average (.378) and doubles (15), while driving in 21 RBIs with an OPS of .977. During Mid-South Conference play, he batted .400. Hahm-Taklander earns his first conference honor. 

Duran, a graduate student from Valencia, Venezuela, led the Blue Raiders in OPS (.984) and slugging percentage (.566), with 37 RBIs and seven home runs. Duran earns his first conference honors.

Lambert, a senior from Savannah, Tenn., had a team-low 4.54 ERA, to go along with a 2-0 record, 13 appearances, 39.2 innings pitched, and 22 strikeouts. Lambert earns his first conference honors. 

Davis, a junior from Elizabethtown, Ky., patrolled centerfield for the Blue Raiders. Davis had a team-leading .983 fielding percentage, to go along with four assists from centerfield. Davis earns his first conference honors.
