COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson baseball team travels to Bowling Green, Ky., to play Cumberland (Tenn.) in their first game of the 2026 Mid-South Conference Baseball Tournament at Bowling Green Ballpark starting at 6 p.m. CT. 

The Blue Raiders earned the No. 4 seed after finishing 9-9 in MSC regular-season play. The Phoenix earned the No. 3 seed after finishing 10-8 in MSC regular-season play. 

Lindsey Wilson is led by a trio of second-team All-Mid-South honorees in Bryce Sidler, Orion Hahm-Taklander, and Andres Duran. Sidler is batting .369 with an OPS of .963, along with 55 hits and 37 RBIs. Hahm-Taklander leads the Blue Raiders in batting average (.378) and doubles (15), while driving in 22 RBIs and having an OPS of .977. Duran leads Lindsey Wilson in home runs (7), RBIs(37), OPS (.984), and total bases (90), while also scoring 33 runs and legging out 14 doubles. 

The Phoenix are led by a trio of first-team All-Mid-South honorees in Dylan LaRue, Wilser Then, and Gaines Haussin. LaRue is batting .363 with an OPS of 1.136, along with 13 home runs and 47 RBIs. Then is batting .435 with an OPS of 1.445, 57 hits, 15 home runs, and 54 RBIs. Haussin is batting .361 with an OPS of 1.027, 61 hits, 9 home runs, and 33 RBIs.

On the mound, the Blue Raiders are led by first-team All-Mid-South starting pitcher Brenden Bratcher and second-team All-Mid-South relief pitcher Kyle Lambert. Bratcher has a 3.31 ERA in conference, while striking out 11, while Lambert has a 2.82 ERA with a 2-0 record in 22.1 innings over six appearances in Mid-South play. 

The Phoenix are led by first-team All-Mid-South starting pitcher Mateo Santos and second-team All-Mid-South starting pitcher Carter Whitefield. Santos has a 4.68 ERA over 13 appearances (11 starts), is 7-2, and has struck out 31 in 65.1 innings. Whitefield is 3-4 with a 3.56 ERA in 14 appearances (11 starts), with 53 strikeouts in 55.2 innings.
