COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson freshman Janer Caicedo Campaz was named the Mid-South Conference Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.

Caicedo Campaz, a jumper from Cali, Colombia, delivered a standout performance at the Centre College Invitational in Danville, Kentucky.

He highlighted the meet with a first-place finish in the high jump, clearing 2.06 meters to set a new school record while also meeting the NAIA "B standard." The mark led a strong showing for the Blue Raiders in the event.

Caicedo Campaz also contributed in the triple jump, recording a seventh-place finish as part of Lindsey Wilson's overall effort in the field events.

Lindsey Wilson will look to carry this momentum into its next meet on Friday and Saturday, April 10–11, at the South Florida Invitational in Tampa, Florida.
