BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson senior Ashiat Naluggwa was named the Mid-South Conference Offensive Player of the Week for women's soccer, conference officials announced on Monday afternoon.

Naluggwa, a native of Mukono, Uganda, scored the decisive go-ahead goal on a penalty kick in the Blue Raiders' 2-1 win against fourth-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan on Saturday. This marks her second ever conference accolade, the first since taking home Offensive Player of the Week on October 2, 2023.

Naluggwa and the 16th-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team returns to the pitch on Wednesday, traveling to face No. 12 Grace (Ind.) at 6 p.m. CST.
