Box Score 2 PENSACOLA, Fla. -- The Lindsey Wilson College softball won a pair of games on Sunday at the Florida Spring Fling.
Lindsey Wilson defeated University of Illinois Springfield 9-5 in the first game of the day and beat University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 4-1 in the nightcap.

Jill Diesel led the Blue Raider offense with three doubles and four runs batted in. Sophomore pitcher Leigh Ann Moore (2-0) picked up the win as the Blue Raiders improved to 6-7 on the season.
In the nightcap, junior Danielle Clark (3-7) hurled a three-hit complete game to lead the Blue Raiders back to .500 on the season. Clark struck out five Wisconsin-Oshkosh hitters en route to the win.
Diesel led the Lindsey Wilson bats with a RBI double in the fourth inning and a RBI single in the sixth to give the Blue Raiders a 2-1 lead. Sophomore Lauren Miller blasted her first career home run in the top of the seventh to secure the 4-1 win.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action today as they play Wisconsin-Oshkosh and University of Western Florida in their final day of the Florida Spring Fling.
