Box Score 2 PENSACOLA, Fla. -- The Lindsey Wilson College softball team split a pair of games on the final day of Spring Fling hosted by University of Western Florida.
The Blue Raiders (8-8) beat University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 3-2 in the first game of the day and dropped the nightcap 7-1 to host Western Florida.
Lindsey Wilson junior Danielle Clark (4-7) hurled a complete game beating UWO for the second straight day.

Ginny Long's RBI single in the fifth inning proved to be the game-winner. Senior
Jill Diesel added a pair of hits in the win.
In the nightcap, sophomore Leigh Ann Moore (2-1) allowed six runs on seven hits as the Blue Raiders fell 7-1 to the host.
Diesel was once again stellar at the plate, collecting four hits and the lone RBI.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 3 p.m. CT on Friday, March 17, as the Blue Raiders open conference play at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg.
