Box Score JACKSON, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College softball team lost 1-0 to Martin Methodist (Tenn.) College in 10 innings in the first round of the NAIA Region XI Tournament today at Fesmire Field.

Lindsey Wilson junior pitcher Leigh Ann Moore suffered the loss giving up one run -- which was not earned -- on six hits with five strikeouts in 9-plus innings of work.
Juniors Kelley Wilson, Shayla Cain, Ashley Vice, and Jennifer Gross, and sophomore Whitney Mink each contributed a hit for the Blue Raiders.

Martin Methodist pitcher Dara May earned the complete-game shutout giving up five hits with three strikeouts in 10 innings of work.

Second-seeded Campbellsville (Ky.) University will face the winner of third-seeded Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) University and the sixth-seed Union (Tenn.) University in the fourth game. The loser of the fourth game will face No. 5-seed Lindsey Wilson at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 10, at Fesmire Field.
