Cara Law (5-2) went the distance in game one, scattering five hits and striking out six batters, while Jordan Hood (9-1) won game two in the circle, allowing a run on six hits with 11 strikeouts.
Ali Hart highlighted Lindsey Wilson at the plate in the opener, going 1 for 2 to drive in the game's only run and draw a walk. Travatia Bowden led the Blue Raiders in the nightcap with two hits to score a run and drive in another.

While Law was dominant with the shutout for Lindsey Wilson, Courtney Maynard (15-4) was nearly as good for Cumberland (27-11, 9-6 MSC). Maynard gave up just four hits, but also walked a pair of batters to help the Blue Raiders push across the winning run.
After two scoreless innings, Lindsey Wilson generated some offense in the third frame.
Left fielder Antoinette Jenkins reached on a walk and advanced to third on Andrea Whelan's groundout. Hart wasted no time bringing her home in the next at-bat with a single through the hole at shortstop.
The Bulldogs put runners in scoring position in the fourth and fifth innings, but had a pair of groundouts end both innings.

Bowden was perfect from the plate and Whelan drove in two runs with a single to beat the Bulldogs in game two. Cumberland also helped Lindsey Wilson out with three errors in the field.
Instead of waiting a few innings to score like game one, Lindsey Wilson produced what would be the winning run in just the second inning.
Shortstop Madison Scott led off with a single before giving her spot on base to pinch runner Brittany Graves. First baseman Kristina Krupinski hit another single to move up Graves, before she came all the way home after catcher Jane Egiazarova's bunt was misplayed by Maynard.
After moving to third on the error, Krupinski made it a 2-0 Blue Raider lead after Bowden hit a two-out single.
Cumberland cut the lead in half in the fifth inning with the help of three hits. Three straight singles allowed Amber Mayne, pinch running for catcher Jessica Roper, to score the Bulldogs only run.
Not wanting to let Cumberland stick around, the Blue Raiders struck for two more runs in the bottom of the inning.
Ashley Hughes scored the first run pinch running for Lauren Payne who had singled. Whelan dropped a single in shallow center field to bring her and Bowden home. Bowden had singled down the left-field line and moved to second on a bobble at second base.
