GULF SHORES, Ala. – The Lindsey Wilson men and women's track and field team completed the final day of competition at the NAIA National Championship on Friday. The women finished tied for 38th place as the men did not score a team point in the 111-team field.

Luna Senica highlighted the final day of competition in the women's long jump as she came close to earning NAIA All-American honors after placing 11th in the long jump with a jump of 5.76 meters.

In the final event for the women, Henriette Halwas, who won bronze in the heptathlon yesterday, finished tied for 20th in the high jump with a leap of 1.59 meters.

Austin Campbell closed things out for the Blue Raiders in the final event of the evening, placing 28th shot put competition with a throw of 14.73 meters.

With the conclusion of the NAIA National Championship, the Blue Raider men and women's track and field season has ended.
