COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team begins its postseason run at the Mid-South Conference Tournament at 9 a.m. CT on Thursday, taking on No. 4 seed Campbellsville (Ky.) in the semifinals at the Warren County Tennis Facility.

As the tournament's top seed, the Blue Raiders received an automatic bye into the semifinals after securing the regular season MSC title with a commanding 4-0 win over Cumberlands (Ky.) last week. Lindsey Wilson (14-2) completed an undefeated conference campaign and enters the tournament looking to reclaim the tournament crown.
                    
Campbellsville (9-8, 4-3 MSC) advanced to the semifinals with a 4-1 victory over No. 5 seed Bethel (Tenn.) in Tuesday's quarterfinals. The Tigers secured the doubles point with wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 spots, then clinched the match in singles behind strong performances from Valentina Curli, Jimena Palomo, and Miho Akita.

Lindsey Wilson and Campbellsville met earlier this season on March 22 in Columbia, where the Blue Raiders came away with a 6-1 victory. The Blue Raiders claimed the doubles point and followed with five singles wins to seal the match.

Historically, Lindsey Wilson has dominated the series, holding a 37-2 advantage all-time against the Tigers.

Thursday's semifinal is scheduled for 9 a.m. CT. The winner will advance to Friday's championship match.
