COLUMBIA, Ky. - The top-seeded Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team opens its Mid-South Conference Tournament run at 9 a.m. CT on Saturday against No. 4 seed Bethel (Tenn.) at the Warren County Tennis Facility.
 
The Blue Raiders earned a bye into the semifinals after claiming the MSC regular-season title with a 6-0 record. Lindsey Wilson enters tournament play on an 11-match winning streak, outscoring its opponents 72-5.
 
Bethel advanced to Saturday's semifinals with a 4-1 victory over No. 5 seed Campbellsville on Friday. The Wildcats went into singles play trailing 1-0 after dropping No. 3 and No. 2 doubles. Bethel tied the match with a win at No. 2 singles and took the lead after winning No. 6. The Wildcats clinched the victory with wins at No. 5 and No. 1 singles.
 
The two teams met earlier this season, back on February 28, with Lindsey Wilson winning 6-1 in Columbia. Lindsey Wilson and Bethel last met in the conference tournament back in 2024 with the Blue Raiders winning 4-0 to capture the tournament title.
