COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson archery team is competing in Williamsburg, Kentucky, for the USA Archery Outdoor Regionals and Mid-South Conference Championships Thursday-Saturday at the UC All-Purpose Field.
 
This is the final of three legs to determine the conference champion for archery. Action gets underway on Thursday morning with regional qualifications followed by the team rounds. On Friday, head-to-head competition takes place, followed by the MSC Team rounds. Conference head-to-head takes place on Saturday.

 
Cumberlands (Ky.) has won the first two phases of the MSC Championship to be atop the team standings with 20 points.  The Patriots are the defending outdoor champions as well. 
 
Lindsey Wilson comes into the week in second place in the team standings with Pikeville (Ky.) being in third with 12 points.
 
The Blue Raiders posted runner-up finishes at the 3D championships and at the indoor championships this season.
 
At the conclusion of the competition on Saturday, the MSC will honor the award winners from the outdoor championship along with the overall conference champions and top award winners.
