Box Score LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's and women's tennis teams matched their regular season Mid-South Conference championship with the tournament titles today in Louisville.

The top-seeded Lindsey Wilson College women swept No. 2 seed Georgetown (Ky.) College 5-0 in the tournament finals to win the program's first-ever MSC Tournament title.

Lindsey Wilson swept the three doubles matches (8-0, 8-0, 8-3) to take a 3-0 lead heading into singles play.Lindsey Wilson freshman Candela Castanon -- the MSC Women's Tennis Player of the Year -- and sophomore Zuzana Rakyta won their singles matches by identical scores of 6-1, 6-0 to give the Blue Raiders their five points and the tournament crown.

The top-seeded Lindsey Wilson men had to come from behind to win their third consecutive MSC Tournament title, defeating No. 2 seed Cumberland (Ky.) College 5-3.

Lindsey Wilson dropped two of the three doubles matches for just the second time this season and trailed 2-1 heading into the singles matches.

Lindsey Wilson freshmen Sebastian Capozzelli -- the MSC Men's Tennis Player of the Year -- and Roberto Gamito, sophomore Pablo Castanon and junior Rodolfo Chipe all won in straight sets to secure the necessary five points for the tournament win.

The Lindsey Wilson men and women advance to next weekend's NAIA Region XI Tournament to be played in Nashville, Tennessee. Pairings will be announced early next week.
