GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's tennis team defeated Georgetown (Ky.) College 6-2 today winning the Mid-South Conference Championship and earning a birth to the NAIA National Tournament.

Lindsey Wilson defeated the Tigers 6-2. Earlier in the day the Blue Raiders defeated Campbellsville (Ky.) University 5-0 in the semi-final match.

The Blue Raiders were also the regular season Mid-South Champions and finished the 2009 season undefeated in conference play.
