RICHMOND, Ky. – No. 4 Lindsey Wilson tested itself against NCAA Div. I competition on Friday, traveling to Eastern Kentucky where it lost 7-0. The Blue Raiders pushed two singles matches to extra sets at the Greg Adams Indoor Tennis Facility.

The Blue Raiders (2-2) got strong performances from Alejandra Galvis at No. 2 singles and Laura Vergara at No. 3. Galvis lost to EKU's (6-4) Kristina Labejo 3-6, 7-6 (6), 6-2, while Vergara fell to Saioa Oscoz 2-6, 6-4, 6-0.

The rest of the singles matches went to the Colonels in straight sets.

Playing NCAA rules, EKU took the doubles' point with a perfect 3-0 record.

Lindsey Wilson's top-seeded duo of Sarah Bernos and Slavica Milanovic and No. 3 seeded Galvis and Anna Gaprindashvili pushed their matches to 8-4. Rocio Cardo and Vergara fell 8-1 at the No. 2 seed.

The Blue Raiders are back in action against another NCAA Div. I opponent at Noon CT on Sunday, traveling to Austin Peay in Clarksville, Tenn.
