Box Score SAVANNAH, Ga. -- No. 2-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's tennis cruised to a 9-0 win over SCAD Atlanta (Ga.) on the second day of the Southeastern Challenge hosted by SCAD Savannah.
The Blue Raiders (3-1) swept the three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-11.
No. 19-ranked Alex Shchipakina did not drop a game in her 6-0, 6-0 win over Sofia Guerra in the top singles match to give the Blue Raiders a 4-0 lead. Forty-fourth ranked Maria Prados Cid provided the decisive point at No. 5 singles with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Madison Umbaugh.
Minja Gligic and No. 13-ranked Natalia Kattah each won in straight sets while Jovana Peric and Gabriella Pedroza each won a superset tiebreaker to give Lindsey Wilson the 9-0 win.
