SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Top-ranked NCAA Division II Armstrong State (Ga.) proved to be too much for No. 2-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's tennis in a 5-0 loss at the Armstrong Tennis Complex.

The Pirates took all three doubles matches and the top and No. 3 singles matches to claim the 5-0 win. The remaining matches were halted after Armstrong State notched the fifth win.

The match was the second of the day for the Blue Raiders. Lindsey Wilson disposed of SCAD Atlanta 9-0 earlier in the day at the Southeastern Challenge hosted by SCAD-Savannah.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday as the Blue Raiders face fourth-ranked Brenau (Ga.) on the final day of the Southeastern Challenge.
