LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 4-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team fell to No. 1-ranked Georgia Gwinnett 9-0 tonight at the GGC Tennis Facility.

Lindsey Wilson (1-1) started the match down 2-0 after having to forfeit one doubles and one singles match.

Lucia Mora and Carla Alibert fell to Madeline Bosnjak and Henar Munoz 8-1 as Alexandra Parra and Lina Sachica dropped their match 8-4 to Tereza Koplava and Maria Prados Cid.

Gabriella Pedroza would then fall to Debora Scurt in the No. 5 singles match as the Grizzlies would pick up their fifth point, enough to claim the match.

Lindsey Wilson is back on the court this Thursday when they travel to Pulaski, Tennessee to take on the Martin Methodist at 1 p.m. CT.
