No. 17-ranked Alexandra Parra and Lina Sachica beat 24th-ranked Michelle Blaha and Skylar McDonald 8-5 to give Lindsey Wilson a 2-0 lead.
Sina Albersmeier and Miriam Sanchez claimed the final doubles point, beating Steffi McDonald and Lucia Mora 8-4 in the second-seeded match.
The Blue Raiders increased their lead to 3-1, again, due to a default win at sixth-seeded singles.
Parra -- ranked No. 24 in the NAIA in singles -- claimed a 6-1, 6-4 win over Blaha in the top-seeded singles match to give Lindsey Wilson a 4-1 lead.
Martin Methodist picked up its first singles win in the second-seeded match. Skylar McDonald knocked off Steffi McDonald 6-3, 6-2 to trim the deficit to 4-2.
Mora wrapped up the Lindsey Wilson win in the fourth-seeded match. She beat Sanchez 6-1, 6-1 to give Lindsey Wilson the 5-2 lead.
The RedHawks won the last two matches -- one in a superset tie-break and the other in a retirement.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 1 p.m. CT on Monday, March 25, as the Blue Raiders host No. 22 Campbellsville (Ky.) at Henry Baughman Tennis Complex.
