The Wolves (7-6) won two of the three doubles points and three of the four completed singles matches to earn the upset win over the fourth-ranked Blue Raiders (5-3).
Cardinal Stritch seized the first point as Luise Gruber and Klara Smolikova defeated Carla Alibert and Laci Lee 8-1 in the third-seeded match.
No. 17-ranked Alexandra Parra and Lina Sachica pulled the Blue Raiders even with an 8-1 win over Chelsae Kelly and Antonia Elze in the top-seeded match.
No. 22-ranked Assya Trimari and Lisa Keller gave the Wolves the 2-1 advantage with a 9-7 win over Steffi McDonald and Lucia Mora in the second-seeded doubles match.
Cardinal Stritch grabbed the first singles point of the night and increased its lead to 3-1 as Kimmy Tait beat Lee 6-0, 6-0 in the sixth-seeded match.
Mora improved to 7-1 on the season with her sixth straight singles win in the third-seeded match. She beat Smolikova 6-3, 6-3 to pull the Blue Raiders within 3-2.
Cardinal Stritch claimed the final two wins of the night in the fifth and top-seeded matches.
Gruber beat Alibert 6-1, 6-4 and 46th-ranked Trimari upset 24th-ranked Parra 1-6, 6-1, 6-4 to clinch the team win.
Sachica and McDonald were both leading their matches when play was halted.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action with a pair of matches on Saturday. The Blue Raiders face No. 16 Union (Ky.) at 10 a.m. CT and host and No. 24 Indiana Wesleyan at 3 p.m. CT.
