The 16th-ranked Blue Raiders (7-1, 4-0 in the MSC) remain undefeated in conference play on the season.
The Blue Raiders swept the doubles point to begin the afternoon as Salome Sposetti and Carla Alibert defeated Jordan Reed and Camryn Reed 6-0 in the third-ranked game. Reshma Challarapu and Parisa Rachdanone followed up with a 6-0 victory of their own over Juliana Alvez and Savannah Corbitt to secure the one-point lead into the singles.
Lucia Mora, ranked No. 36 in the NAIA, extended the Lindsey Wilson lead to 2-0 with a 6-2, 6-0 win in the third-seeded singles match. No. 39 ranked Rachdanone followed with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Emaleigh Board in the second-seeded match. No. 21 ranked Alexandra Parra won the fourth set of the afternoon with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Skylar Sullivan.
Sposetti and Yuno Oe won their matches in straight sets while Challarapu secured the victory with a 6-2, 6-0 win in the final singles competition of the afternoon.
Lindsey Wilson returns to the road on March 23 when the Blue Raiders travel north to No. 22 Georgetown. The match is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. CT.
