OWENSBORO, Ky. – The No. 2-seeded Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team rolled in a 4-0 sweep of No. 3-seed Campbellsville in the Mid-South Conference Tournament Semifinals.

Lindsey Wilson's No. 11-ranked doubles pairing of Lucia Mora and Alexandra Parra got things started with a 6-0 sweep over Itzel Hernandez and Emily Carbo. The Blue Raiders secured the doubles point when Parisa Rachdanone and Salome Sposetti defeated Brenda Aguilar and Madison Hill 6-4.

No. 39-ranked Rachdanone kicked the Blue Raiders off in singles play with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Receca Scurt in the No. 4 singles match. Sposetti then picked up the Blue Raiders third point of the match with a 7-5, 6-0 win against Madison Hill at No. 5 singles.

No. 21-ranked Parra then recorded the decisive point at No. 1 singles with a 6-2, 6-3 win against Hernandez, propelling the Blue Raiders to the 4-0 win.

No. 36 Mora's match was called against Aguilar at a 7-6, 2-5 score after LWC scored the first three singles points as Reshma Challarapu and Angela Mendoza were at 6-4, 2-6, 1-1.

Carla Alibert played Bleake Mitchell to a 4-6, 6-2 result as the match would also go unfinished.

Lindsey Wilson returns to the court on Sunday when they compete against No. 1 seed Cumberlands (Ky.) in the conference finals at 12:30 p.m. CT.
