Flag Football Names Six Student-Athletes to NAIA East First and Second-Team in its Inaugural Season

COLUMBIA, Ky.- The Blue Raider women's flag football had six student-athletes named to the NAIA East Flag Football First and Second Team rosters.

Coaches from the NAIA East Flag Football Area Rating Committee voted after the completion of the tournament to determine the first and second teams. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own players.

Gabby Kruse and Demi Serman become the first in program history to be given the honor. Kruse was named NAIA First-Team running back/blocker while Serman was recognized for special teams.

Five more Blue Raiders were named to the NAIA East Second-Team. Jenna Lindsey as a wide-receiver, Emily Good as a linebacker, Emerson Gregory at cornerback, Ashten Dickersen at safety, and Kruse picked up second-team honors as a defensive-utility.

The Blue Raiders ended its 2025-26 campaign with an early exit from the NAIA East Flag Football Championships after falling to Siena Heights (Mich.) 26-13 in the semi-final round.

In its inaugural season, Lindsey Wilson finished with a 13-4 record and sits at second in the NAIA for points per game with 41.1.
